Firestone Complete Auto Care

Duvaun and Mason were great, helped me with the best tire package , I came in and asked for Michelin yet was sold on Firestone tires. I really appreciate the accommodations they made for me , they explained all the different packages , offered me financing that was very beneficial to me because I am an Elderly Lady and I do not feel like I was taken advantage of. They had lots of patience and even allowed me to wait in the lobby and watch tv and also was offered a drink. I will be recommending Firestone to everyone , and I will definitely be returning. Very friendly. And happy energy.

Super nice employees with great attitudes in their work! Needed an oil change and didn't have an appointment and they fit me into their schedule within a half hour. Moriah was excellent with her customer service skills! Thank you Moriah for your help!

Was on vacation headed to the water park near by, when I ended up with not one, but TWO flat tires. When everyone else near by was closed on a Sunday, they were able to get me in and out quickly considering the amount of work I had done. Forget the small places, Firestone is there it’s at! Can’t thank them enough!

We use a different vendor for our fleet operations with KinderCare for our busses and our bus was towed to Firestone. The gentleman that called from Firestone asked what we use for our fleet operations was super helpful and knowledgeable. He called and informed us it was ready. The maintence was completed quickly and very efficiently. When I picked the bus up, the same gentleman was super friendly and had exemplary customer service. Thank you for a great experience!

They were quick and efficient. Staff was polite and went over the top to ensure my vehicle was checked over. They got me in and my tire fixed all within the same day. Would highly recommend and return for any other car problems!
